 Reporting to the Manager of Data Services for a major telecommunications firm, Mark will be testing, analyzing data, identifying shortfalls in processes, recommending and facilitating solutions to identified shortfalls, working for a private contractor to the telecom firm. He is highly pleased for several reasons:

     "I was happy to accept, given my expertise in the industry and its processes, plus the fact it was close to home and they accepted my terms on the time I had to leave each day in order to pick up my children.
